'Farm-to-table' has become more branding than movement — thank you, shiplap and Joanna Gaines — but Chef Sam Diminich of Restaurant Constance actually means it. His Wesley Heights spot pairs a cozy, unpretentious dining room (vinyl records, skateboard decks, a projected documentary of the actual farms he sources from) with a menu built on real local growers rather than a farmhouse-chic aesthetic.
